Kauverian Medical Journal (KMJ) is the official journal of the Kauvery Group of Hospitals. As an open-access, peer-reviewed journal, KMJ provides a premier platform for doctors, clinical pharmacists, dietitians, and nursing professionals to share impactful research and clinical observations.

KMJ aims to bridge the gap between clinical experience and scientific documentation, offering a diverse range of content including expert editorials. original research, comprehensive narrative and systematic reviews, engaging case reports, diagnostic clinical images, clinical medicine, surgical innovations and nursing practices. Conflict of interest

All manuscripts for articles, Original research reports, editorials, and reviews submitted to the Kauverian Medical Journal must be accompanied by a conflict of interest disclosure statement or a declaration by the author(s) that they do not have any conflict of interest to declare, This includes financial (funding, employment, consultancies, stocks), personal relationship, or academic rivalries.

The Kauverian Medical Journal (KMJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access publication. Authors who publish with KMJ retain the copyright to their work; however, all articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows for the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the content in any medium and for any lawful purpose—including downloading, printing, searching, or linking to the full text—provided that the original authors and the Kauverian Medical Journal are properly credited.

Patient confidentiality

"In the Kauverian Medical Journal, we only publish images of the specific anatomical areas affected. To ensure strict patient confidentiality, we do not include any images that reveal the patient's face or other identifying features."

The Kauverian Medical Journal (KMJ), an official peer-reviewed publication of the Kauvery Group of Hospitals, employs a rigorous and transparent review policy to ensure high-quality clinical and basic research. Utilizing a double-anonymized peer review system, the journal identifies potential reviewers through targeted database searches and considers author-suggested experts to evaluate original research, case reports, and systematic reviews.

To maintain efficiency, dedicated in-house staff monitor review promptness to ensure a timely turnaround for authors without compromising the integrity of the academic process. Plagiarism Policy

The Kauverian Medical Journal maintains strict standards against plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening. The authors confirm that this manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere, and all sources are properly cited.

Publication Fee

The Kauverian Medical Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access platform dedicated to disseminating medical research. In our commitment to supporting the global research community, we do not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC) or publication fees. All accepted manuscripts are published free of cost."
