We wish to draw your attention to two important matters that require strict compliance during manuscript preparation and submission:

Use of Copyrighted Images and Figures

Authors are reminded that all images, figures, tables, and illustrations included in submitted manuscripts must either:

  • Be original work created by the authors, or
  • Have explicit written permission from the copyright holder for reproduction.

Any material reproduced from previously published sources must be appropriately cited, and proof of permission must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission. Images obtained from textbooks, journals, websites, or other online sources without documented permission will not be accepted and may result in delays or rejection of the manuscript.

Adherence to Standard Medical Journal Format

Authors are advised to carefully follow the journal’s prescribed guidelines regarding:

  • Manuscript structure (Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, References)
  • Reference style and citation format
  • Figure and table presentation
  • Ethical statements and declarations
  • Language clarity and scientific writing standards

Important Submission Notes for Authors

  • Manuscripts that do not conform to the journal’s formatting and submission requirements may be returned for revision prior to peer review.
  • We strongly encourage all authors to review the “Instructions for Authors” available on the journal’s website before submission to ensure compliance with editorial and ethical standards.
  • Your cooperation in maintaining the quality, integrity, and professionalism of the journal is highly appreciated.
